Improving
Your Business

"Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you,
For I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."

Isaiah 41:10 (NASB)

Function and Goal

Of all the things a business can do, fundamentally, it has only one
Function and one Goal.

These two elements form the basis of its enterprise.

The GOAL of a Business
The FUNCTION of a Business

The function of a business is to generate more money than it takes to operate it.

Money is a tool.
Profits generated by a business can be used for benevolent purposes; a financial tool that can fund practical ways of supporting needs in the Church, reaching the community, or sponsoring a worthwhile endeavor that cannot otherwise sustain itself.

The goal of a business is to become
effective, profitable and sustainable.

Effective
Operating well, in all respects,
with a marketable product as the result.

Profitable
The ratio between income and expenses is
satisfactorily managed at, or above, expectations.

Sustainable
The business is operating so well that responsible
management will permit it to continue indefinitely.

Consulting

The complexities of business have never been so great, the responsibilities
so broad, the competition so keen - and the opportunities so abundant.

A business can function well and better capitalize on opportunities if it's at its best potential. Each of its important facets should receive appropriate scrutiny, adjusting and improving where necessary, to have a strong brand, more profits, fewer problems and enjoy happier customers and employees.

We want to help you, as its owner and steward, to manage each
of those facets successfully.

Solutions

We create a plan, a to-do list, of common sense improvements recommended to make the business effective, profitable and sustainable.
Implementation can be done by the business or us.

Assessment

An onsite, objective assessment is performed to identify any key facets that should be reviewed or adjusted.

Our approach...
Practical, Grounded, Effective.
